George Lovato Jr.
Chairman and President
George Lovato, Jr. is President and Principal of B.H. Capital Ltd., Merchant Banker, Consultant, Author, and Lecturer.
His career in corporate finance and business management began modestly in 1979 when he managed general sales operations for an auto title service company owned by him and his father. In his early twenties, he started an auto rental electronic reservation system. That system grew to become the 8th largest auto rental company in the US. In 1984, after successfully taking that company public.
Lovato founded B.H. Capital Limited, which is comprised of corporate finance and management consultants, merchant, commercial, and investment bankers. Lovato was featured in the book by Richard E. Peck PhD. “The New Mexico Experience” as a “Maker of New Mexico” along with the likes of Intel, the founders of Lovelace Medical System, and the professionals at Lockheed Martin. The author of the book is quoted as saying about Lovato “Lenders in the financial community and business clients know George Lovato, Jr., B.H. Capital’s chief executive officer, as a founder, leader, and friend.”
Ken Zangara

Ken is a distinguished icon with extensive experience in the automotive industry. After owning the 16th largest Dodge dealerships in the country for two decades, also ranked 3rd in dealer performance among over 3500 dealers nationwide, Ken became the Chief operating officer and Vice Chairman of AutoStar National Dealer Network, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. AutoStar operates a vast network of used cars dealership with a focus on service and parts. Among other accolades, Ken served as Chairman of the Dodge (now part of Stellantis) National dealer council.
Philippe De La Chapelle, Esq.
Advisor to the Board
Philippe is the Senior M&A Counsel at Peyrot & Associates PC in New York City,
possessing strong transactional experience in the US and abroad, combining strategic, financial, operational, and legal M&A knowledge and skills. His practice and advisory services mainly focus on sourcing and structuring funding opportunities, implementing strategic and operational restructuring, business development, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers as well as risk management evaluation. Previously a Managing Director at HT Capital Advisors, he successfully originated and structured the sale of a variety of multi-million-dollar companies, including the sale of a $150 M lumber company, and the acquisition of a $70 M tire distributor as well as a $30 M accessories manufacturer. He also participated in the sale of various companies to Siemens, Titan International, Mavis, and Fidelity.
Other experiences include the following: Senior Vice-President at Warnaco; Executive Vice-President at Robb Peck McCooey; Senior Vice-President & General Counsel at MasterCard International; Director at Warner Communications; Deputy General Counsel at Norton Simon and International Counsel at WR Grace. Philippe also served in the US Navy as Operations Officer aboard USS Midway (CVA-41).
Mike Martinez
Advisor to the Board
Mike is a seasoned professional accountant and licensed CPA for over twenty years serving in an executive capacity with multiple companies during that time. His career began at a Big Four accounting firm, KPMG in the early 90s where he received a wealth of experience working on engagements for private, public, and governmental clients. Subsequently, he worked for Sun Country Industries, an ISO-certified aerospace manufacturer. While there, he financially managed the company through an astounding 700% growth in revenue by implementing new financial and cost reporting systems and establishing multiple lending sources to ensure sufficient access to operating and expansion capital.
Prior to his role as Executive Banker at B.H. Capital Ltd, Mike served in various capacities as CFO, Treasurer, and Controller of a public company for six years. He brings a unique skill set as a result of his extensive experience in financial and cost reporting for both private and public entities and consequently understands how to present a company’s story to financing sources.
